We can make this arrangement for you provided your vehicle was damaged by an insured third party and the accident was not your fault. We try and match the hire vehicle to your usual car ( or van). Obviously if your usual car is a Ford Escort, then we are not going to be able to provide you with a Mercedes while we organise the repair. But we will provide you with a similar car.
