Credit Hire and Credit Repair

If you have been involved in a road traffic accident that was not your fault, then we can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired and provide you with a replacement vehicle during the repair.  We can do this provided this is a no-fault accident and the defendant was insured.  We cannot provide this service if the person who caused the accident was not insured or your were the victim of a hit and run accident.

Even if you were not injured, we can still provide this service.  We always arrange a like-for-like vehicle.  Most repair garages will only provide a basic small courtesy care.  We will provide a like-for-like.  So, if your vehicle is say a BMW, then we will provide a courtesy care of the same group, for example, a similar BMW, Mercedes or Audi and not a For Fiesta.  We have access to literally hundreds of hire companies nation-wide.  If the damaged vehicle is a van, we can also provide like-for-like to enable you to continuer your business while your van is being repaired.

The credit hire and credit repair body shops we use are all approved by the Association of British Insurers.  The whole experience is smooth and painless for you.  We do it all.  If need be, we can arrange collection of your vehicle and delivery of the courtesy vehicle to your home or place of work.  When your vehicle has been repaired, we will arrange delivery and collect the courtesy vehicle.  The whole service is free.  We will arrange for the other side’s insurer to pay for all the repair work and the hire charges.  This will not affect your no-claims bonus as your insurers will not be involved.  Even better, you will have no excess to pay!
